How Do I Rent a Field?
- View current field schedules.
- This calendar provides a real-time update on what fields are booked and when.
- Submit a Field Use Request Form.
- Make sure to include information about your team/league, number of players, prospect schedule date and times, etc.
- If approved based upon availability, submit a Certificate of Insurance (min $2million/occurrence), Additional Insured Endorsement (CG 20 26 04 13 form; City of Martinez listed as additional insured) and Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Once everything is submitted, an invoice is drafted for rental time and payment is required.
- A field is not secured unless payment has been received.
- Please refer to Athletic Field Use Policy for field change procedures and fees.
- Once rental payment is received then a Field Permit is issued (via email) listing rental dates, times and details .
- Renter must keep Field Permit on them at all times during use.
