On November 2, 2022, the City Council adopted the General Plan 2035 with the accompanying Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR), superseding the General Plan 1973. Annual Progress Report:

The State of California requires that all local governments prepare an annual progress report on the jurisdiction's status and progress in implementing its housing element and general plan.
